Kaneedreck Adams
President
Kaneedreck Adams brings thirteen years of leadership experience in government contracting, business development, operations management, and administrative oversight. She oversees all organizational functions at Decca, combining practical operations expertise with strategic contract management and regulatory compliance leadership. Ms. Adams is a graduate of Duke University and Duke University School of Law. She is a graduate of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses – National Cohort 16 and currently serves as a mentor for the One Million Black Women: Black in Business Program
